Taking down sheds, decks and playsets
When a shed is rotting, leaning or just in the way, we take it apart and get it off your property. We dismantle it section by section, cut it into pieces that fit on the truck, and load all of it: roof, walls, floor and whatever is still inside. Dominic, the owner, is on jobs himself with his crew.
Past jobs include an old red gambrel-roof shed taken down and hauled away, and a backyard wood deck and its stairs removed. We've also removed a crushed shed and an old garage.
How a shed removal works
Here's how a typical shed job goes, from the first photo to the final sweep-up.

- Nothing has to go to the curb. We carry it from wherever it sits on your property.

Before we arrive
A few steps are on your side of the job. Handling them ahead of time keeps the day simple.
- If the shed has electricity, have a licensed electrician disconnect it first. We don't do electrical work.
- Check with your town about whether taking the structure down needs a permit. We don't pull permits.
- Pull out paint, chemicals, motor oil and propane tanks. We can't take them.
- Set aside anything you're keeping. Everything else can stay inside for us to haul.
- Tell us about gates, fences or tight spots between the shed and where a truck can park.
What we take and what we can't
We take down wood, metal and plastic sheds, along with decks, stairs and playsets that need to be cut apart or dismantled. The contents go too: old tools, lumber, bikes, patio furniture, boxes and general clutter. Items in good shape are donated and metal is recycled whenever possible. The rest goes to a licensed New Jersey facility.
We can't take hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos or medical waste. Some older sheds have roofing or siding that may contain asbestos. If you suspect it, have it checked by a qualified asbestos professional before you book, because we can't remove asbestos-containing material. Not sure about something else? Text us a photo.

How pricing works for shed removal & demolition
Shed removal is priced per job, not per truckload, because taking the structure apart is part of the work, not just hauling the pile. The price depends on the size and build of the structure (a small plastic shed is a lighter job than a wood shed with a floor and a shingled roof), how much is stored inside, and how far we carry everything to the truck. A shed behind a fence at the back of a long yard takes more work than one beside the driveway. Items that cost more to dispose of legally, like an old refrigerator or tires stored inside, add to it too. The price we quote is the price you pay, with no hidden fees. If you add items on the day, we tell you the new price before anything else goes on the truck.
