What we clear out of offices and commercial spaces
Moving, downsizing and renovating all leave the same problem: furniture and equipment nobody wants to carry. Our crew takes it out from wherever it sits, whether that's a back storage room, a second-floor suite or a basement, and hauls it away. We're owner-operated, and Dominic works jobs himself alongside his crew.

How an office cleanout works
Start with a price. Text photos of the space to (855) 655-7552 and Dominic can often quote from those. For a full floor or several rooms, book a free in-person estimate online. There's no obligation.
Same-day and next-day openings are often available, so call or text early for the best chance. We text before we arrive, do all the lifting and carrying, and work carefully through hallways, stairwells and elevators. When the space is empty, we sweep up.
Every load is sorted. Whenever possible, furniture in good shape is donated and metal and electronics are recycled. The rest goes to a licensed New Jersey facility.
Before we arrive
A little prep keeps the day simple. You don't need to move anything to the door or the curb.
- Pull any files or paperwork you need to keep, and shred anything confidential yourself before we come.
- Wipe or remove hard drives from any computers and printers you're getting rid of.
- Mark anything that stays. A strip of tape or a short list works.
- Ask your building about elevator reservations, loading areas or move-out hours, and pass along any rules.
- If anything is hardwired or plumbed in, have the right professional disconnect it before we come.
What we can't take
We can't haul hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos or medical waste. That includes leftover cleaning chemicals from a janitor's closet and medical waste from a medical or dental office. Not sure about something? Text us a photo.
Licensed and insured
New Jersey Junk Removal is an NJ A-901 licensed hauler. That's the state license for companies that haul waste for pay, and it includes a state background investigation. We're registered with the NJDEP (#0042737) and fully insured.
How pricing works for commercial & office cleanouts
Office cleanouts are priced per job, not per truckload. The price depends on how much is going, what it is (a break-room fridge with refrigerant costs more to dispose of legally than a desk), how hard it is to reach, and whether anything has to be taken apart first. Stairs, tight hallways, small elevators and long carries out to the truck all add time. That's why half a truck carried down six flights of stairs can cost more than a full truck already at the door. The price we quote is the price you pay. It covers all lifting and loading, carrying from anywhere on the property, hauling and disposal fees, donation and recycling drop-offs, and the sweep-up. No hidden fees. If you add items on the day, we'll tell you the new price before anything else goes on the truck.
