These terms cover the text messages New Jersey Junk Removal LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) sends and how we price our work. By texting us, checking a text-message box on our website, or agreeing on a call to receive texts, you agree to these terms.

Text Messaging Program

Program name: New Jersey Junk Removal Text Messages.

New Jersey Junk Removal LLC sends text messages about quote requests, quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, arrival notices, payment receipts and review requests, and, only if you opt in separately, occasional marketing messages.

Our texts come from our business numbers, (732) 328-7376 and (855) 655-7552.

Age Requirement

Our text messaging program is for people 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18.

How to Opt In

You can sign up for texts in any of these ways:

You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for text messages, or have permission from the account holder of the phone number.

• Text us first, for example with photos of what you want removed. We only reply about your request.
• Check the text-message box on our quote form or our online booking form.
• Tell us on a phone call that it's OK to text you.

Marketing texts (occasional offers and seasonal reminders) are sent only if you check the separate, optional marketing box on our quote form. You don't have to agree to texts to get a quote or buy anything. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with your request, typically 1–8 messages per job. If you opt in to marketing texts, you'll get occasional offers and seasonal reminders.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or call/text (732) 328-7376 or email dominic@newjerseyjunkremoval.com.

After you reply STOP, we'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE also work.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We don't sell your information. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

Pricing

The price we quote is the price you pay; prices include NJ sales tax.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
